1. General

1.1. The terms and conditions defined in this text (referred to as “Terms and Conditions”) describe the usage of all games and services provided through https://wildwinz.com/ (referred to as “Website” or “Websites”). 1.2. WildWinz is here referred to as “WildWinz”, “http://wildwinz.com/”, “We”, “Us”, “Our”, “Management”, “Site” and the Player and registered Account Holder shall be referred to as “You”, “Yours”, “Customer” or “The Player”.

“Games”, “the Game”, “Game”, “Service”, “The Services” refers to any services offered by the Website.

2. Your Obligations as a Player

2.1. You may open only one account. If you open another account WildWinz may void all bets made from this duplicate account.

2.2. You are 18 years of age or such a higher minimum legal age of majority as stipulated if the jurisdiction of Your residence (e.g. Estonia – 21 years) and, under the laws applicable to You, legally allowed to participate in the Games offered on the Website.

2.12. Personal Information:

As a Customer of WildWinz, you are responsible for providing correct personal details, such as but not limited to personal data (Passport, ID data), address, and email. If there are any changes to these details, you must inform WildWinz immediately, before making a deposit. Concerning errors in Passport or ID data: up to three error symbols in the spelling of Name and Surname (three symbols in total) are allowed, only if they are not the first or last letters. No mistakes are allowed in the Date of Birth. If it becomes clear that the information provided is not correct, WildWinz reserves the right to block the player’s account and confiscate all funds on the account.

2.13. Use of Funds:

You are allowed to use games and services of WildWinz with funds that have no illegal origination. WildWinz reserves the right to ban a customer and confiscate all the funds on the account if it reasonably suspects engagement in fraudulent activities, which include, but are not limited to: submission of counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise misappropriated personal data or documents, use of stolen payment methods or account numbers, collusion, and chip dumping.

2.14. Taxes and Fees:

The Customer is responsible for any reporting to their corresponding tax authorities and/or fees that may be charged on winnings from engaging in games and/or services of WildWinz.

2.15. Legal Financial Instruments:

The Customer acknowledges that only credit cards and financial instruments issued legally by legal institutions can be used for deposits and withdrawals on the Website.

2.16. Risk of Loss:

The Customer understands that when engaging in games and services offered by WildWinz, there is a risk of losing funds. If you do not accept this, we ly advise you not to use the Website.

2.17. Personal Use Only:

The Customer will use the Website only for personal, recreational use in accordance with Terms and Conditions set out by WildWinz and all laws, rules, and regulations of the applicable regulatory body.

2.18. Communication with Employees:

The Customer acknowledges that communication with employees of WildWinz should be conducted in a formal and kind manner. Any abusive behavior towards the employees of WildWinz will not be tolerated, and WildWinz reserves the right to terminate the relationship with the Customer under circumstances deemed appropriate by WildWinz.

2.19. Email Procedures:

When the Customer sends an email to [email protected], the Customer must make sure that the message is directly addressed and not forwarded or sent as a carbon copy (cc). There is a high possibility that these types of emails will go into Spam and therefore won't be viewed by the relevant department. This procedure is especially important when the matter concerns account closure or gambling problems.

2.20. If a customer qualifies as being a Politically Exposed Person it is the Customer's obligation to report such information to the Customer Support of WildWinz and stop using the Games and/or Services of WildWinz immediately. Politically Exposed Person, i.e., any person holding significant public office (or who has held it at any time in the preceding year), having access to public funds or in a position of influence. PEPs include the readily identifiable family and associates of such persons. A failure to report this information will result in the Customer’s account suspension and the funds therein for confiscation. A detailed review of the Customer’s account will proceed momentarily. The account will be unavailable for the time of investigation. WildWinz reserves the right to not continue offering Games and/or Services to the Customer under any circumstances proceeding the investigation.

3. Your Account

3.1. The Customer has to open an account for personal use at WildWinz to be able to participate in games and services offered by WildWinz.

3.2. Account must be registered in Customer's own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for Customer and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, Access Device or any environment where Access Devices are shared (e.g. schools, workplaces, public libraries etc.) and/or account in respect of the Services. Creation of the account is solely for personal use, no principal activity on behalf of someone else is allowed at WildWinz. If the Customer notices that multiple accounts have been created, it is the Customer's responsibility to immediately inform WildWinz about it. Any other accounts which you open with us, or which are beneficially owned by you in relation to the Services shall be “Duplicate Accounts.” We may close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so). WildWinz reserves the right to decide if multiple accounts have been registered, opened or created without misconduct and are a result of an error. If WildWinz should have reasonable grounds to believe any fraud has been committed or transacted, we reserve the right to block the account and confiscate any funds therein. The use of PROXY, TOR, and similar programs is strictly prohibited. If you use these programs to access the website or games from a restricted country, your account may be blocked. Bonus abuse is treated as ‘fraud’ in these Terms and Conditions of WildWinz. Bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to, opening multiple accounts in order to take advantage of additional benefits or bonuses of WildWinz.   • Our customer service can check your account for a duplicate match. However, we cannot guarantee this check’s validity, as customer service cannot verify a duplicate match by name/surname.

3.5. If you provide incorrect or incomplete personal data (e.g. name, surname, date of birth, phone number or address), we won’t be able to verify your account fully. We may fix three-letter errors in your name/surname only if it’s not the first or last letter of it. If there are errors in the proof of your age, we may change only one digit. If you noticed that you had provided incorrect or incomplete personal details during the registration process, please contact us immediately, without depositing.

  • If you moved recently, or for any reason your address changed from the one in your profile, send a message to [email protected] before making a deposit, with a request to change your address and a document verifying your new address. WildWinz is not responsible for any misuse of Customer’s account, intentional or accidental, if the login details have been disclosed to any third parties.

3.7. WildWinz reserves the right at any time to perform security checks on Customer’s account where the following documents might be requested but not limited to:

  • identity of the Customer
  • proof of address
  • payment card colored photo
  • statement of payment method used
  • any information provided to WildWinz by the Customer

WildWinz reserves the right to limit the Customer’s account during the verification and/or investigation process. WildWinz can ask about a selfie with ID or passport if the client can’t send documents during two-day time.

3.8. WildWinz reserves the right to close, refuse and ban an account at its sole discretion without any description of the reasons whatsoever.

3.9. The Customer has the right to close and/or suspend the player's account at WildWinz at any time by contacting support via email. The closure of Customer's account does not allow the Customer to make a new account. To close the Client's account, the Client must contact customer service via email. Upon receipt of the request, the Client's account will be instantly closed. If the Customer wishes to renew the contractual relationship with WildWinz, the closed account has to be reopened by informing customer service via email. If the Customer's account has been closed due to any form of exclusion from gambling, the account has to stay closed for the amount of time it has been excluded. Any additional accounts made are bound by the terms laid out in these Terms and Conditions.

3.10. If you have closed an unverified account with an active balance, it does not absolve you of the responsibility to complete your identity verification; otherwise, we will not be able to process any withdrawals from your account. In case you fail to pass the account verification, the casino will return the last deposit to you, only if the deposit amount does not exceed the active balance on your account.

3.11. The customer service can’t set any blocks and/or restrictions for a period longer than seven (7) business days. 3.12. If the Customer requests to block his/her account for any reason and the balance of the Customer's account is less than the amount of the last deposit, the remaining balance will be returned to the last payment method. If the balance on the Customer's account exceeds the amount of the last deposit, the winnings will be cancelled and the amount of the Customer's last deposit will be returned to the last payment method.

3.13. WildWinz cannot set any blocks and/or restrictions on users' accounts in other online casinos.

3.15. The customer service will not follow any specific blocking instructions or patterns provided by the customer.

3.17. Each bonus game activation has an expiration period of twenty-four (24) hours. Any unused part of the bonus game, including rewards and progress, will be lost after the end of the duration period.

3.18. The Customer acknowledges and accepts any limitations and/or restrictions of Game and/or Service accessibility of WildWinz due to legal reasons of individual game providers.

3.19. WildWinz reserves the right to restrict a customer's access to any provider/game at its discretion, without explanation, but will not do so without cause.

4. Deposits

4.1. In order to participate in games and services of WildWinz, the Customer has to make a minimum deposit. A minimum and a maximum deposit amount have been set and can be further looked into under the “Payment methods” section. The Customer can make a deposit at any point in time by using a debit card, e-wallet and through a direct bank transfer. WildWinz does not accept cash cheques. WildWinz reserves the right to not accept certain currencies and/or payment methods due to reasons that shall be kept uninformed.

4.2. The Customer agrees that by depositing funds in the player's account the purpose is to use them to:

  • participate in games and services offered by WildWinz
  • settle any fees, charges or penalties that might incur in connection to these games and services

WildWinz charges deposit fees depending on the payment method chosen. Deposit fees are visible during the deposit process and can be further explored via the “Payment methods” section.

4.3. The Deposited funds will be available in the Customer's account after the confirmation of the deposit. The confirmation of deposit may take a varying amount of time. It is the role of WildWinz to make sure funds are available to participate in games and services as fast as possible. WildWinz takes no responsibility for the time it might take to verify the transaction.

4.4. WildWinz reserves the right to perform security checks before and/or after deposits.

4.5. If WildWinz mistakenly credits your account with winnings that do not belong to you or do not originate from your own play or usage of services offered by WildWinz or the prize was received as a result of a technical error, the amount credited belongs and is property of WildWinz. WildWinz reserves the right to immediately void any transactions and/or withdrawals made with these funds. If the Customer would withdraw funds like these before WildWinz becomes aware of the error, the mistakenly paid out amount would constitute as debt owed by the Customer to WildWinz. In the event of incorrect winnings paid out to the Customer, it is Customer’s responsibility to immediately contact our customer service via email.

4.6. The Customer shall only use payment methods that are issued lawfully and belong to the Customer.

4.7. The minimum deposit at WildWinz is EUR (€) - 20; USD ($) - 20; CAD (CА$) – 25; or in any other currency in to 20 Euro rate equivalent. (Please note that the minimum deposit amount depends on the chosen deposit method.)

4.8. The Customer acknowledges that WildWinz may charge fees for processing deposits and this information will be clearly laid out to the Customer prior to deposit.

4.9. WildWinz reserves the right to pay any requested withdrawal via direct bank transfer if any suspicions of fraud and/or misconduct have been spotted when depositing funds at WildWinz and/or engaging in games and services offered by WildWinz.

4.10. The Customer of WildWinz can choose to have the currency of the account denominated in Euro (EUR), United States' dollar (USD), Canadian dollar (CAD) or in any other currency into Euro rate equivalent. Winnings are paid out in the currency of the player’s account. A change of the currency of the account is not possible.

4.11. If WildWinz suspects that the Customer has deposited funds in the player account to take advantage of exchange fluctuations and/or other incentives where funds are not used for their purpose, namely, engaging in games and services of WildWinz, WildWinz reserves the right to impose limitations and fees upon withdrawals and on the Players Account in general. WildWinz reserves the right to impose minimum wagering requirements for the sums deposited before a withdrawal can be made.

4.12. If WildWinz suspects that funds deposited in the players account are not meant to participate in games and services offered by WildWinz, WildWinz reserves the right to freeze the account and report this to relevant authorities.

4.13. WildWinz is not a financial institution and does not grant credits to its customers and the Customer cannot expect any interest on funds available in the account.

4.14. In the event that our customer service receives a notification from the payment provider about a chargeback (dispute of a transaction through the payment system) on a deposit for which you have already utilized the services provided by our service:

  • Your account may be immediately blocked without prior notification;
  • An amount equal to the value of the chargeback, plus a penalty of EUR 150 for each individual chargeback, may be deducted from your balance.

4.15. The Customer must replenish the player account independently, from a personal bank account or in any other way, in accordance with these Terms and conditions. In case of violation of this condition, as well as in case of recognition of the Customer as "undesirable", all winnings will be canceled. In this case, WildWinz, at its own discretion, has the right to return the amount of the last or any previous deposit of its choice to the card from which the deposit was made. It is forbidden to make a Deposit by third parties: friends, relatives or partners. This also applies to withdrawals.

4.16. In case of suspicion of fraudulent and/or other illegal actions on the part of the Customer (for example, in case of suspicion of replenishment of player account using stolen credit cards), repeated refund or cancellation of payments, including, but not exclusively, through the "refund" or "chargeback" methods of their issuing banks, detection of the facts of replenishment of the game account by third parties (or the personal data of the card do not match the data of the owner of the game account), failure of the Customer to undergo re-identification (verification), the WildWinz reserves the right to declare the Customer "undesirable", to limit the player's access to the use of the player account, to prohibit the Customer from participating in games on the https://wildwinz.com/ website and void any of his Winnings and Payouts in his favor.

5. Withdrawals

5.1. All withdrawal possibilities are clearly stated and shown on the Website.

5.2. Withdrawal limits for winnings from each specific deposit are directly related to the payment method chosen by the customer to deposit and subsequently withdraw funds. To ensure compliance with financial regulations and transaction security, a criterion such as deposit method will be used each time a withdrawal limit is determined. If there is more than one, the deposit method with the minimum withdrawal limit will be used:

  • For any 24-hour period, you can send up to EUR 3.000
  • For any 7-day period, you can send up to EUR 10.000
  • For any 30-day period, you can send up to EUR 30.000

5.3. Withdrawals are possible via bank transfer or to the last method used on the last deposit. Withdrawals shall be made only in the name of and to the registered account holder. Funds marked as “Bonus” cannot be withdrawn. This also applies for funds that are miscarried in any transaction, aborted or stuck funds from games. When you make a withdrawal of funds, any active bonus burns.

5.4. Placing a bet from a jurisdiction in which you are located might be illegal. It is the sole responsibility of the Customer to not place a bet in circumstances like these.

5.5. An additional security check will be initiated after a single withdrawal that exceeds EUR 3.000 or cumulative withdrawals with a sum over EUR 3.000. WildWinz reserves the rights to exercise security checks like these in the cases of lower payouts. Verification might require but is not limited to a copy of a player’s passport, proof of address, and/or copies of credit cards/debit cards, e-wallet and bank statements when applicable.

5.6. The WildWinz administration reserves the right to make payments according to an individual schedule, set the minimum and maximum amount per one transaction and the time for this transaction, which may differ depending on the method of withdrawal, your account level or other relevant factors.

5.7. All transactions are monitored by our customer service team of WildWinz. Money laundering prevention is one of the top priorities of WildWinz. WildWinz shall report any suspicious transaction to a relevant authority. WildWinz reserves the right to suspend, block or close an account of a customer confiscating any funds therein if it is requested to do so in accordance with applicable law to prevent money laundering.

5.8. If a customer’s account is blocked (whether permanently or not), our customer service cannot accept process any withdrawals, as well as do other actions related to the Client's account.

5.9. Last deposit made whilst you were under the Relevant Age will be returned to you after we receive the application from a person who is 18 years old or older and who is responsible for you (parent, guardian).

5.10. WildWinz may charge fees for processing withdrawals and this information will be clearly laid out to the Customer during the withdrawal process. Since WildWinz pays the Payment System commissions, in case when a player performs deposit-withdraw-deposit operations repeatedly during the day, the casino assumes it is reasonable to restrict the amount of withdrawal operations per twenty-four (24) hours without changing the EUR 3.000 daily withdrawal limit.

  • The second withdrawal can only be made after the first withdrawal has been processed.

5.11. We are not responsible in case(s) you specify the wrong wallet address or when you don't update your wallet address in our system after you stop using or lose access to the previously saved one.

5.12. We will attempt to accommodate your request regarding the payment method and currency of payment of your withdrawal. This, however, cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, we may process and pay withdrawals in a different payment method than the one requested by you, such as through different payment providers, a bank draft or wire transfer (any charges associated with relevant payment methods are set out in the Website). Similarly, in certain cases, the currency of your withdrawal may not be the currency in which your deposit was made or that was otherwise requested by you and, in circumstances where we are required to convert your deposits between different currencies, the conversion rate used by us will set upon our discretion.

6. Bonuses & Loyalty Programs

7. Idle and inactive accounts

7.1. WildWinz may consider a customer’s account idle when there has been no activity from the Customer for twelve (12) months that has real money balance. After an account has been flagged idle, WildWinz reserves the right to charge a maintenance fee of the account amounting to EUR 20 a month.

7.2. WildWinz may charge maintenance fees on idle accounts automatically. Each time a fee is collected from the Customer’s account, an email stating this occurrence will be sent out to the Customer's email address.

8. Tournament

8.1. WildWinz reserves a rule to exclude the player's account from participating in the tournament and confiscate all winnings if the player abused the bonuses. Also, if the client was suspected of fraud with tournament points and gaining an advantage over other players in an unfair way.

12. Complaints

15. Breaches, penalties, and termination

15.1. If the Customer breaches any provision of these Terms and Conditions or if WildWinz has reasonable grounds to presume that the Customer has breached them, WildWinz reserves the right to close, restrict the usage, to not open a player's account and withhold any funds thereof.

15.2. The decision of WildWinz is final, whether it is a breach of Terms and Conditions or any misbehavior that results in a player's account suspension, limitation or permanent restriction to participate in our website.

16. Severability
