1. GENERAL BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1.4 All WildWinz bonuses need to be wagered at least 30 (thirty) times before the funds can be withdrawn, unless otherwise stated. No minimal risk wagering or risk free bets are allowed to contribute towards any part of any promotion, including bonus wagering requirements. Minimal risk bets on any games (i.e. betting in proportions on different outcomes in the same hand to create "action" with minimal risk) do not qualify for completing the wagering requirement.

1.5 Please note that different games have different percentage contribution towards the wagering requirements:

• All slots contribute 100% towards the wagering requirements;
• Live games, table games, video poker games contribute 5% towards the wagering requirements.

1.15 In case WildWinz suspects that a Player has committed a bonus abuse, either on his own, or in association with some partners, WildWinz reserves the right to forfeit the bonus allocated to the Player at its discretion. Bonus abuses will result in the closure of the relevant Player’s account. WildWinz reserves the right to withhold cash-ins and/or confiscate all winnings of the Player.

1.16 If WildWinz mistakenly credits Your account with winnings that do not belong to You, whether due to a technical or human error or otherwise, the amount will remain property of WildWinz and the amount will be transferred from Your account. If prior to WildWinz becoming aware of the error You have withdrawn funds that do not belong to You, without prejudice to other remedies and actions that may be available at law, the mistakenly paid amount will constitute a debt owed by You to WildWinz. In the event of an incorrect crediting, You are obliged to notify WildWinz immediately by email.

1.17 Bonus round and free spins do not qualify for the jackpot bonuses pursuant to WildWinz software provider rules. Only real money rounds qualify for the jackpot bonuses.

1.18 WildWinz reserves the right to validate winnings exceeding 30.000 €, or equivalent in any other currency, before any pay-out shall be processed from Your account. Any progressive jackpot winnings should be validated within 30 days.

1.19 If, while playing at WildWinz, you win a sum regarded by WildWinz Management as worthy of publicity, you agree to make yourself available for any event of such nature arranged by WildWinz. While WildWinz protects all personal data entrusted to us, we reserve the right to use first names and the first initial of the last name in any WildWinz announcement about promotion results or on the website or lobby.

1.20 In the rare event that the deposit bonus is not automatically granted after making a qualifying deposit, please contact us before any bets are made, and the customer support staff will manually grant you the bonus. Please note that our systems will not allow us to grant you the bonus if you place bets with your qualifying deposit before the bonus is manually granted.

1.21 WildWinz has the right to update these rules at any time without notification and it's under player’s responsibility to constantly check for any updates made. The main language of these rules is English. Translations into other languages may be made as a service and are made in good faith. However, in case of differences between the English version and a translated one, the English version has priority over any translation.

1.22 All WildWinz offers are intended for players and WildWinz may in its sole discretion limit the eligibility of customers to participate in all or part of any promotion. WildWinz reserves the right to amend, cancel, reclaim or refuse any promotion at its own discretion at any time.

1.23 The use of bonus funds purely to progress through the bonus stages is prohibited. For example when bonus or cash funds are used purely to progress through the bonus stages and then final stages completed with cash bets when bonus funds have been forfeited, lost or wagering met and converted to cash. All the winnings gained during that play may be considered void.

1.24 Please, note that bonuses containing Free Spins series (several packs of free spins that are issued within several days) demand deposit wagering (x1) within 24 hours in order to get the next package issued.

For example, you made a 20 CA$ deposit and got your first Free Spins package. In order for the second package to be issued automatically you have to bet at least 20 CA$ within the next 24 hours after the deposit was made.

2. NO DEPOSIT BONUSES TERMS AND CONDITIONS

2.1 All winnings made by registration no-deposit bonus can be withdrawn after at least 1 deposit is made.

2.2 For no deposit bonus withdrawals, we reserve the right to request the following documents: One government-approved identity card (ID card, passport, and driver's license) with a picture, as well as proof of residency such as a utility bill (which is not older than 3 months). If your deposit method was via a credit card, we will require a photo of the credit card (front and back) which you used. 2.3 The maximum win restriction persists after the completion of the wagering requirement and equals EUR 50 / USD 50 / CAD 75, unless otherwise stated.

2.5 Free spins upon registration claimed through any affiliate site may have different conditions applied (i.e., wager, max win). Conditions of the bonus must be checked on the affiliate site, unless otherwise stated. Additionally, to be eligible for a no deposit bonus, player's account must be confirmed via email. If player fails to confirm the account, no deposit bonus cannot be added.

2.6 No deposit bonuses, that are not mentioned in General Bonus Terms and Conditions, offered to players by the WildWinz staff (i.e. the support department, etc.) may have different conditions applied that have to be clarified by players prior to using the no deposit bonuses. The WildWinz staff will do their best to notify players about the conditions applied upon the player’s request. Otherwise, by accepting the no deposit bonus and playing it, the player agreed on the conditions of the no deposit bonus by default.

3. CASHOUT CANCELATION BONUS TERMS AND CONDITIONS

3.1 Bonus Money is added automatically.

3.2 Players must ensure that the “Use bonuses” setting is active to receive bonuses automatically.

3.3 The canceled cashout is locked in the account until the player wagers a bonus.

3.4 No max win.

3.5 After wagering, players can withdraw another part of the cashout.

3.6 Bonus must be used within 3 days after receiving it.

3.7 Not available for cryptocurrencies.

Loyalty system

The loyalty program provides 5 statuses or leagues of player loyalty: League of Amethysts, League of Topazes, League of Rubies, League of Sapphires, and League of Diamonds.

The skin league can have 10 matches. All players' loyalty starts with the first level and moves on to the next levels in order of stagnation, collecting sufficient points to advance. When you reach the tenth month, points begin to accumulate towards advancing to the first month of the next league.

You must fully complete your profile information.

If there are any matches with other accounts in your profile, the bonus will not be available.

To withdraw your winnings, you must make a minimum deposit and undergo the verification process.

Please note: In case of providing incorrect data (first name, last name, date of birth, place of residence), winnings from the no deposit bonus or free spins for registration may be confiscated.

The number of points required to reach new levels depends on the status — all amounts are listed in the table below, along with the bonuses that can be obtained for completing each level. At the same time, the wager for the bonus in the form of free spins is x35, and the wager for the bonus in the form of money is x40.

The Bonus amount at WildWinz will be at EUR (€) or equivalent in any other currency.

For reaching each level, the player loyalty receives a bonus in the form of funds credited to the player's game account, free spins or a combination thereof. The higher the league and the level of the player, the greater the number of bonuses accrued to him for reaching the level. The size of the bonus is determined by WildWinz.

Each calendar month, the level progress of all players loyalty is updated — loyalty program users move to the first level of their current status. If during a calendar month the player has not passed any level of the league he is in, the player moves to the previous league.

Players with League of Sapphires and League of Diamonds status receive personalized customer support services from a personal manager.

Players who are in the Topazes League and higher leagues can receive cashback every week if activated. Activation of cashback every week is at the discretion of the player.

To start receiving cashback, you need to go to the "Bonuses" section, click the "Activate" button on the cashback card and make a deposit.

The amount of cashback is accumulated from the moment of its activation until the end of the calendar week.

Formula for calculating the amount of cashback:

(amount of deposits per week - (payments + amount of bonus accruals + amount on the main deposit) * (% of cashback + % booster "Increased % of cashback").

Minimum cashback amount:5 CA$

The maximum withdrawal amount from gambling winnings obtained through cashback may be limited to X10 of the amount of accrued cashback.

Cashback is accrued by bonuses, in the form of game substitutes for EURO. To receive cashback, you need to go to the "Bonuses" section, find a bonus card with the amount of accrued cashback and press the "Get" button.

Player’s loyalty who has been credited with cashback can transfer it to their main account starting from Monday, within 48 hours, by clicking the "Receive" button on the card of the credited cashback in the "Bonuses" section.

The higher the class of the league in which the player loyalty is, the higher percentage of cashback accrues to the player.

• League of Amethysts: 0% cashback
• League of Topazes: 2% cashback
• League of Rubies: 5% cashback
• League of Sapphires: 7% cashback
• League of Diamonds: 14% cashback

If during the week the player loyalty activated the cashback and then moved to the next league, which has a higher percentage of cashback according to the conditions, the player loyalty will be able to use the increased percentage of cashback only from the next Monday.

If cashback was not activated at the time of moving to a higher league, the player loyalty can activate cashback with an increased % already in the current calendar week, according to the conditions of the league to which he moved.

Booster "Increased Cashback %" can only be applied to non-activated cashback. When a player loyalty activates the "Increased Cashback %" booster while having an activated cashback, the booster is applied to the next week's cashback.

Every day, once every 24 hours, players loyalty are invited to spin the Wheel with bonuses and are guaranteed to receive a prize in the form of a bonus or a booster.

The list and conditions of the prizes vary depending on the league in which the player loyalty is.

If the player loyalty has not taken a break between wheel spins for more than 48 hours and has made a spin of the Wheel for 6 days in a row, then for the seventh time, 1 spin of the Wheel will become available to him with prizes that do not require replenishment of the account.

To move to a higher class of the league, the player loyalty is offered to choose 1 of 3 boosters. The player loyalty can also win a booster in the Wheel. A booster is a special bonus that provides advantages in the game, improves the game conditions or allows you to win a prize.

Only 1 booster can be active at a time.

Activation of one booster cancels the previous one, except for boosters that do not have a long-term effect: New level, Prize from the manager and Wheel of Fortune.

The player loyalty can get the following boosters:

• x2 for 24 hours: when activating the booster, all bets will bring twice as many points during the day.
• Increased percentage of cashback: when activating the booster, up to 3% is added to the current percentage of cashback. The booster is applied only to non-activated cashback. If the player loyalty has already activated the cashback and only then activates the cashback booster, in this case the booster will be applied the following week, during the cashback period.
• Saving progress: when activating the booster, the current level of the player loyalty is saved for the next calendar month.
• Wheel of Fortune: upon activation of the booster, the player loyalty will be able to immediately spin the Wheel with prizes that do not require replenishment of the account.
• Prize from the manager: upon activation of the booster, the player loyalty will be able to receive a prize from his manager.
• New level: upon activation of the booster, the player loyalty will be able to go to the next level and receive a reward corresponding to this level.

Games that do not participate in the loyalty program: all games of the rubric crash games, other games. Bets in the slots of the game provider Amatic are counted for 50% of the bet amount, bets in Live games are counted for 10% of the bet amount.

WildWinz reserves the right to exclude a player from the loyalty program at its sole discretion.

WildWinz organizer may change the conditions of the loyalty program at its own discretion.

WildWinz reserves the right to disable any user account from bonuses / cashback/ loyalty system.
